When will my order ship?
Orders ship the same or next business day. Once your label is printed you’ll get a tracking number by email.
Are your parts new or used?
All new. Every part sold on this site is new, and its condition is shown on each product page.
What if the part doesn’t work or doesn’t fit?
If a part arrives defective or doesn’t match its listing, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full, return shipping included — our 14-day money-back guarantee on defective parts. We don’t do exchanges or replacements, and we don’t take back parts that work, including ones that don’t fit your build — so check compatibility first, or ask us before you buy. Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, the same payment processor used by millions of businesses. Your card details never touch our servers.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not currently — U.S. addresses only for now.
Can you help me pick parts for my build?
Absolutely. Get in touch with what you’re building and your budget, and we’ll give you a straight answer — even if it means recommending a part we don’t stock.
