Privacy Policy
Effective October 13, 2026. This policy explains what Headley’s Market (“we”), an online PC parts store based in Clanton, Alabama, collects through headleysmarket.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, shipping address and phone number, which we need to fulfill and deliver your order. Payment details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers.
- When you sign up for text alerts: your mobile number, the date and time you agreed, and the exact consent wording you agreed to.
- When you browse: basic, anonymous visit counts (which pages are viewed and how visitors found us). We do this on our own server without third-party trackers, and we don’t store your IP address.
How we use your information
To process and ship your order, send order-related emails (confirmation, shipping and tracking), handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, send text alerts you have signed up for, and comply with legal requirements.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the store, and only for that purpose: our payment processor, shipping carriers and our shipping-label provider (to deliver your package), and our email and text-message delivery providers (to send messages you asked for). We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages (SMS)
If you sign up for Headley’s Market Text Alerts, we use your mobile number only to send you the texts you agreed to: deals, restock alerts and reminders about items left in your cart. Message frequency varies (up to 6 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie to keep your cart working. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.
