Not the right part? We’ve got you covered. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number (like HPC-1042) and which item you’re returning.
- We’ll confirm the return and send instructions for shipping the part back.
- Once we receive and inspect the part, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Condition of returned parts
Parts should come back in the condition they arrived in, with all included accessories. Physical damage, missing pieces, or signs of misuse (bent pins, stripped screws, liquid damage) may reduce or void the refund.
Defective on arrival
If a part is dead on arrival or doesn’t match its listing, tell us right away — that’s on us, and we’ll sort out the return shipping and a full refund or replacement.
