Effective October 13, 2026. These terms apply to purchases from and use of headleysmarket.com, operated by Headley’s Market of Clanton, Alabama.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order — for example if an item is mispriced due to an obvious error, or stock was oversold. If we cancel an order, you receive a full refund.
Pricing & availability
Prices and stock levels are shown on each product page and may change without notice. The price at the time you complete checkout is the price you pay. Shipping is a flat charge per order, shown in your cart before checkout.
Product condition
Every part sold on this site is new. Each listing states the item’s condition and specifications; please read them and check compatibility with your build before ordering.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns Policy.
SMS Terms (Headley’s Market Text Alerts)
- Program: Headley’s Market Text Alerts sends recurring automated marketing text messages: deals, restock and new-arrival alerts, and reminders about items left in your cart.
- How you join: by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our Text Alerts page. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You’ll get one final text confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at headleydustin@gmail.com or (205) 299-7495.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we never share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
